All foreign visitors to the Republic of Madagascar require entry visas. The basic requirements for a tourist visa are listed below. Health information and immunization requirements are described further down this page.

Fees:
Three months multiple entries: Long term:	$80.00 (USD) inquire at Embassy
Requirements:
- Valid passport - Passport photograph - Completed application form - Copy of round-trip ticket or itinerary

HEALTH and IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

There are no required immunizations, unless you are coming from an infected area. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended, however. For additional recommended immunizations, please visit the Center for Disease Control website, "Traveler's Health" section, or call (800) 311-3435.
